About LMSF
The Labour-Management Studies Foundation (LMSF) was established by Macquarie University's Council in 1983. It is is jointly hosted by the Faculty of Business and Economics and the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
Its primary goal is to contribute to a higher level of understanding of industrial relations and human resource management issues.
This is accomplished through teaching and research and the dissemination of ideas through publications, lectures, seminars and conferences. A Board was established in 1983 with senior University and School representation and representatives from union and employer ranks.
