Our Members

The Director is Peter McGraw.

Peter is currently also an Associate Professor in the Department of Business within the Faculty of Business and Economics where he lectures in the areas of management skills, negotiation skills, conflict resolution, and team building as well as general human resource management. Prior to this current position, Peter was a faculty member at Macquarie Graduate School of Management where he was consistently ranked as one of the best teachers and most sought after corporate educators.

The Manager of the Foundation is Pam Morpeth.

Pam has been Manager of the Labour-Management Studies Foundation since 1990 and over that time has forged key links with business, governments, unions and sponsors. She has been integral in the organisation and development of the Women, Management and Employment Relations Conference into a premier, annual  conference that attracts keynote speakers from leading positions in Government, business and the union movement.
