Profile
In September 2009 Pam was appointed Academic and External Outreach Co-ordinator for the Department of Business. Part of this role entails elevating the profile of Department of Business Academics' with the external community through research seminars, breakfast briefings and lecture events. She is also the secretary of the Advisory Committee.
Pam has been the Manager of the Labour-Management Studies Foundation (LMSF) since 1990, a research centre hosted jointly at the Faculty of Business and Economics and the Macquarie Graduate School of Management. The Foundation presents conferences, seminars and courses as well as conducting and sponsoring research in the broad field of human resource management and employment relations. In this role Pam has developed key links with business, governments and unions. As Co-Director of the flagship annual Women, Management and Work Conference she has forged valuable relationships with over forty sponsors from both the public and private sectors.
Pam was awarded a scholarship and graduated in 1999 with a Master of Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
